Hailey Mae Wallace

Hailey Mae Wallace, age 16, of Lexington passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018.   A memorial service will be held at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, June 23, 2018 with Pastor Terry Smith officiating.   The family will receive friends following the service at the Funeral Home.   Hailey was born in Forsyth County on October 10, 2001 to James “Bo” Wallace and Vanessa Duval Simerson. She had just finished her sophomore year at West Davidson High School and attended Smith Grove Baptist Church. She was full of life with a unique, loving spirit. Hailey never met a stranger and had always aspired to be a Veterinarian. She will be forever missed and never forgotten. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jim and Connie Wallace and Lonnie Simerson.   She is survived by her father, James “Bo” Wallace (Amy) of the home; her mother,Vanessa Leighanna Duval Simerson (Scott) of Linwood; brothers, Bo Wallace, Jordan Hall (Brandi), Brandon Wallace; sister, Grace Pearson; grandparents, Dana Weldner, Mark and Cathy Russell, Violet Simerson, and Georgia Lynch; numerous aunts and uncles; numerous cousins; her niece and nephew, TJ Hall and Abigail Hall; her very best friends and sisters, Codi Parrish and Makenzie Gordon; and a host of other friends.   Due to her love of animals, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Davidson County Animal Alliance at PO Box 183 Thomasville, NC 27361.
