Hans Brandenberger

Hans Rudolf Brandenberger, 86, of Lake Ridge Trail in Denton, North Carolina , passed away Friday April 10, 2020 at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Mr. Brandenberger was born November 14, 1933 in Zurich, Switzerland to Julius Brandenberger and Herta Adele Anna Brandenberger. He was a gourmet chef and owned several restaurants in Switzerland. In 1978, he relocated to serve as president of Verkerke Company in the United States. Later, he established HRB Enterprise. When he retired, his favorite hobby, along with his wife, was being a vendor at Cooks Flea Market. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister.

Surviving is his wife, Shasta Marie McCarn Brandenberger of the home; three sons, Renee Brandenberger and Marcel Brandenberger both of Switzerland, and Robert Brent Berrier (Misty ) of Lexington; and 2 grandchildren, Montanna Berrier and Brielyn Berrier. He also leaves behind his furry kids, Daisy, Bella, Lulu, and Ace.
