Harold Lee Hilton

Harold L. Hilton, 86, of Lexington passed away peacefully on Monday, October 14, 2019 at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Davidson Funeral Home form 2:00 until 4:00 PM

Mr. Hilton was born in Mecklenburg County, NC on March 23, 1933 to David Lee Hilton, Jr. and Mabel Ashley Hilton. He was a Cost Account for Proctor and Schwartz, was a member of St. Martins Episcopal Church and a veteran of the US Army having served during the Korean War. He is preceded in death by his parents, David L. Hilton, Jr. and Mabel A. Hilton, his grandparents, David L. Hilton Sr and Alice Susan Hilton, which he spent most of his young years with, his sister, Alice Patricia Marlow and brother, David L. Hilton III.

Surviving include his wife of 63 years, Peggy Eudy Hilton; Son, Michael B. Hilton (Vickie) of Dallas, NC; daughter, Eleanor H. Hughes of Lexington; Grandchildren; Jennifer Frank (Zachary), Courtney Hughes, and Bryan Hilton; brothers; Joseph A. Hilton (Sandy) and Jerry G. Hilton (Glenda).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Jersey Baptist Church at 2920 Jersey Church Rd, Lexington, NC 27292 or to Hospice of Davidson County at 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
