Harold Dean Robertson

Harold Dean Robertson, Sr., 78, of Lexington, NC, passed away on April 9, 2023 at Forsyth Medical Center after an extended illness.

Harold was born February 11, 1945 in Forsyth County to Curtis Marvin Robertson and Ada Leftwich Robertson.  He attended Mineral Springs High School.  Harold worked in the flooring industry for approximately 50 years and prior to retiring was the owner and operator of Robertson & Sons Flooring.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Thurman, Elwood and Jimmy Robertson and two sisters, Wilma Robertson Sizemore and Norma Gray Robertson Spear.

Harold is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Patsy Dezarn Robertson, sons Dean (Tammy), Scott (Mandy), Curt (Robin) Robertson, grandchildren Tyler (Tess), Dylan, Morgan, Brandon, Layne, Trevor, Blake and Sophie Robertson, great-grandchildren Aspen and Harper Robertson.  He is also survived by his sister Betty (Harold) Robertson Hartman.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8pm on Thursday, April 13 at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel.  The funeral will be held at 11am Friday, April 14 at Hanes Baptist Church with Pastors Jason Holley and Michael Gates officiating.  Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hanes Baptist Church at 4210 Sabrina Lake Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27127.
