Harold N Tucker

Harold Nathan Tucker, age 79 of Holloway Church Road, Lexington passed away Friday, June 30, 2017 at his home. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, July 3, 2017 in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Phil Kidd officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 until 2:00 pm prior to the service. Harold was born in North Carolina to Jim Tom Tucker and Hettie Tucker. He was a retired employee of PPG. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother James Tucker. Surviving are his wife Betty Kidd Maxwell Tucker of the home; daughters, Pam Forrest (Steven) of Woodleaf, Susan Chapman (Jerry) Marathon, FL and Cathy Kepley of Salisbury; sons, Harold Maxwell (Judy), Richard Maxwell (Sherry) and Christopher Maxwell all of Lexington; 10 grandchildren, James, Jillian, Lauren, Ashley, Seth, Whitney, Scott, Jon, Andrea and Emily and a host of great-grandchildren; sisters, Peggy Moore of Fort Bragg and Margaret Blue (Bill) of Greensboro; brother, Jerry Tucker (Sylvia) of Florida and his K-9 companion, Sophie.   Memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC  27292.
