Harold Lloyd Weaver

Mr. Harold Lloyd Weaver, 75, of Aspen Lane, Lexington, died Saturday January 31 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice House in Winston Salem. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday at the Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel. Burial will follow at Friedland Moravian Church Cemetery. Mr. Weaver was born August 20, 1933 in Catawba County, to Needham Henderson Weaver and Zelda Bollick Weaver. He was owner and operator of Harold’s Pool Service, and attended Friedland Moravian Church. He is preceded in death by two brothers; Paul Weaver and Tommy Weaver and one sister, Elizabeth Hayder He is survived by his wife, Alice Davis Weaver, of the home; his sons, Jon Weaver, and wife, Renee of Midway, David Weaver and Danny Weaver both of Winston Salem, Steve Weaver, and wife, Janice of State Road, NC; Joel Weaver, and wife, Sandy of King; Phil Weaver, and wife, Tawana of Pinnacle; one daughter, Sharon Weaver Allen, and husband, Donald of Four Oaks, NC. Also surviving are his brother; Kenneth Weaver of Hickory; and two sisters, Margaret Lawing of Maiden, NC and Phyllis Price of Greensboro. 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday night from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel.
