Hayes Frizzell

Hayes Junior Frizzell, 85, of Baney Drive, died Friday, May 3, 2013 at Lexington Medical Center after declining health. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday at Forest Hill Memorial Park by Preacher Clyde Akers. The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 3:30 pm Saturday at Davidson Funeral Home. Mr. Frizzell was born March 8, 1928 in Jackson County to Ralph and Carrie Frady Frizzell. He worked at Royal Development for many years and attended Freedom Baptist Church. His son, Bobby Ray Frizzell, preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Crepps Frizzell of the home; his son, Jeffrey Frizzell of Lexington; his daughters, Linda Buchanan and Louise Austin, both of Sylva, Marcia Milan of High Point, and Terri Walker of Lexington; his brothers, Clarence Frizzell and John Lee Frizzell of California, Bud Frizzell of Newport News, and Carl Frizzell of Lexington; his sister, Millie Harvill of Sacramento, CA; thirteen grandchildren, and twenty great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
