Hazel Kepley Frank

Hazel Bell Kepley Frank, 85 of John Young Road, Lexington died Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at her home after a sudden illness. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday March 17, 2012 at Becks Reformed Church with Rev. Gerald Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 pm Friday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home of the daughter, Tammy Buie. Mrs. Frank was born June 1, 1926 in Davidson County to Thomas Steven Kepley and Carrie Jane Leonard Kepley. She was retired from Duracell Battery Co. and was a member of Becks Reformed Church where she was a member of the Senior Citizens group. She was also a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Her husband, James J. Frank preceded her in death, May 28, 1992 and a brother, James Kepley. Surviving are a son, Eddie Frank of the home; a daughter, Tammy Frank Buie and husband, Gary of Lexington; five grandchildren, Stacey Nicole Matthews, Holly Elizabeth Young, Carl Michael Buie, Hannah Marie Buie, Dalton James Frank; three great grandchildren, Samuel Ray Matthews, Thomas James Young, Charles Sterling Matthews; a sister, Lalah Mae Frank and husband, Jack of Lexington.
