Helen Virginia Everhart Eads

Helen Virginia Everhart Eads, age 89, of Clemmons, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2020 at her home.

In order to comply with directives from Governor Cooper's office, and the family's wishes a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Eads was born on May 6, 1931 in Davidson County to William Howard Everhart and Margaret Burrows Everhart.

She was a homemaker and was member of Vernon Forest Baptist Church, where she had been very active in their music program previously.

Helen was preceded in death by an infant brother; her parents; a grandchild, Kylie Lynn Norris and her husband, Delano “Del” Roosevelt Eads.

Family left to cherish her memory include her son, Del Raven Eads (Jill) of Clemmons; her daughter, Denise Gardner (Matt) of Lexington; and eight grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Vernon Forest Baptist Church, 274 Mt. Vernon Church Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27107.
