Helen Swing

Mrs. Helen Burgess Swing, age 81 of Old Salisbury Road, Linwood, NC died Sunday, July 19 at Abbots Creek Center in Lexington. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 21 at Lexington City Cemetery. Mrs. Swing was born June 5, 1934 in Texas to Hubert & Marie Burgess. She was a retired employee of Lexington Furniture Industries Henry Link Plant. She was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Roberts. She is survived by her husband James R ( Jim) Swing III of the home; sons Michael Roberts of Muskagee, OK and Wayne Roberts of Tulsa. OK, 2 brothers, and 4 sisters and several grandchildren. Davidson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
