Henry Harrison Craver, 62, of Sunnyside Drive, died Thursday, January 29, 2009, at High Point Regional Hospital.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. Burial will follow in Carolina Biblical Gardens, Jamestown.
Mr. Craver was born January 4, 1947, in Davidson County, to Henry Franklin Craver and Flossie Odale Craver. He was a meat cutter at Food Lion; and founder of Nite Wind Band which he has played with for 22 plus years.
Surviving are his wife, Christine Sutton Craver of the home; sons, James Craver and wife, Sheila, Randy Craver; stepsons ,Devin LeGer, all of Lexington, and Shaune LeGer of Silver Valley, and Les Poole of Mocksville; daughters, Tina Garner and husband, Robert, of Lexington, and Angie Barnes and fiancé, David Archer, of Sea Grove; 21 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, January 31, 2009, at the funeral home and other times at the home of the son, 207 Choyce Street.
