Herman Dale Wood age 79 passed away May 8, 2019 at Trellis Supportive Care of Winston Salem.
A Celebration of his life will be 3:00 pm Saturday May 11, 2019 at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel conducted by Pastor Lomax Skinner. The family will see friends from 2-3 pm prior to the service.
Mr. Wood was born February 9, 1940 in Guilford County to Gill Wood and Josie Mabe Wood. He was retired from Billings Trucking Company and a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church. His parents and a son , Shane Brendle all preceded him in death.
Surviving are his daughter, Michell Weeks and her husband, Landon of Lewisville.
A granddaughter, Lily Weeks of Lewisville.
Memorials may be made to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
