Hilda Christine Bean

Hilda (Christine Freedle Bean), 77, of Hoover Rd., Lexington passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017 in Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, September 8, 2017 at Maple Grove Church of the Brethren with Rev. Tim Sink officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.   The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Davidson Funeral Home.   Mrs. Bean was born January  8, 1940 in Davidson County to Charles Wade Freedle and Biddie Sparks Freedle. She was a member of Maple Grove Church of the Brethren where she enjoyed playing the piano and was a retired employee of Owens Illinois. Preceding her in death besides her parents was a son, Randall Scott Bean.   Surviving are a daughter, Jennifer Gordon (Jeremy) of Mocksville; a beloved grandson, Cameron Gordon; former husband and dear friend, Junior Bean; three brothers, Jerry Freedle, Carlton Freedle (Tony), and Horace Freedle all of Lexington.         Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
