Hoyle Manuel Bowden

Hoyle Manuel Bowden, 69 of Easter Circle, Lexington died Thursday August 6, 2009 at Brian Center. A Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Monday at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Wayne Sechrest and burial to follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mr. Bowden was born April 15, 1940 in Davidson County to Clifton Hoyle Bowden and Elizabeth Bost Bowden. He had previously worked for J. & S. Truck Service. His parents preceded him in death. Surviving are his wife, Treva Ann Everhart Bowden of the home. Two sons, David Bowden and Jeff Bowden and wife Julia all of Lexington. Two daughters, Glory Davila and husband Manuel of Jacksonville Beach, Fla. And Teresa Richardson and husband Olin of Linwood. Two brothers, Bill Bowden and wife Edith of Albemarle and Charles Bowden of Denton. One sister, Barbara Yarbrough and husband John of Linwood. Nine Grandchildren and Five Great Grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home Sunday night from 6-8 pm and at other times at the home.
