Inge Ruth Parker Lawson, 79, of Laura Drive in Winston-Salem passed away Monday afternoon at Forsyth Medical Center.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM Thursday July 10, 2008 at Parklawn Memorial Park with Rabbi Josh Brown conducting the service.
Mrs. Lawson was born May 24th, 1929 in Lyck, Prussia, to Max George Parker and Lona Parker. Mrs. Lawson lived most of her adult life in Winston-Salem and Wallburg, and she was retired from J.G. Messick & Sons. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother Sieg Parker.
Surviving are her husband, Aubrey Lawson to whom she would have been married to for 51 years on July 27th. She is also survived by two daughters, Jill Brendle and husband Ricky, and Deborah Brooks and husband Tony; two grandchildren Wesley Brendle and wife Leah, and Josh Brendle; a brother Johnny Parker and wife Brenda; a sister Margot Dotson; and her in laws, David Lawson, Nancy and Jack Adams, Elaine and Dennis Alexander, Wanda Plowman, John and Donna Lawson, and Sylvia Parker.
There will be no formal visitation.
