Irene Stutts

Mary Irene Stutts, of Parks Road, Lexington passed away Friday night at Lexington Memorials Hospital.  Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday (Nov. 2, 2009) at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Allan Van Meter officiating.  Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.   Irene was born in Davidson County, to N. Roscoe Kearns and Mattie Owens Kearns.  She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church and a retired employee of Lexington Memorial Hospital.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Haywood Stutts on September 24, 1988 and several brothers and sisters.   Surviving are: one daughter, Debbie Stutts Parrish and husband Reece of Lexington; two step-grandchildren, Lisa Tilley and Amy Surratt; one sister, Pansy Earnhardt of Lexington and one half brother, Robert Parks of Lexington.   There will be no visitation.
