Jack Gregory Johnson

Jack Gregory Johnson age  68 of Chestnut Lane Winston Salem passed away Saturday June 17, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center.   No services are planned at this time.   Greg was born January 19, 1949 in Salt lake City, Utah to the late John Albert Johnson and Louise Self Johnson. He was self employed as a Risk and Asset Manager.   Surviving are his loving wife, Sheila Mozingo Johnson of the home. His son, Shaun Johnson of Philadelphia, Pa. and his daughter, Jennifer Johnson of Raleigh, NC. Also surviving are a brother, Steve Johnson of Texas.   Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
