Jack Allan Mobley, Jr.

Jack Allan Mobley Jr., 51, of Mt. Carmel Road, died Friday, August 10, 2012, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be 3 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2012, at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Bruce Morasco and Mark Rachels officiating. Inurnment will follow at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and also following the graveside service in the church fellowship hall and other times at the home. Mr. Mobley was born June 29, 1961, in Davidson County, to Jack Allan Mobley Sr. and Carolyn Juanita Tesh Mobley. He was owner/operator of Lexington Vending. He was a graduate of West Davidson High School and was a member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. His loves in life were family, friends, baseball, and golf. His father preceded him in death. Surviving are his loving wife of 28 years, Sharon Parrish Mobley of the home; son, Derek Tyler Mobley of Greensboro; daughter, Taryn Blake Mobley of Lexington; brother, Bobby Eugene Mobley of Lexington; sisters, Pandora Ann Mobley-Bell of Greensboro and Laura Annette Mobley Collins and husband David of Carrboro; niece, Mary Elizabeth Bell Brown; and nephews, Erik Benjamin Bell and Graham Collins.
