Jacob Aaron Owen

Jacob Aaron Owen, 21 of NC Hwy 8, Lexington passed away Monday March 27th from injuries received in a motorcycle accident.  A funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Friday at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home.   Jacob was born in Davidson County on January 24, 1996 to Jon Paul Owen and Janet Crawford Owen. He graduated from Central Davidson High School and was employed at Newsome Grading.  Surviving in addition to his parents are sister Julia Owen, brother Billy Colley and a very special family friend Bill Colley all of Lexington, his Grandmothers, Alice Crawford and Sandi McGee, Grandfather, Larry Owen, Uncles, Melvin Crawford, Jr., Derek Owen (Sabrina), Tim Crawford (Barbara), Jeff Crawford (Jackie) and Joseph Owen (Marlen) and Aunt Megan Owen.  Memorials may be directed to Davidson County Special Olympics 555 D West Center Street Ext.
