Jacqueline Burleson Hedrick, 76, of Burkhart Road, died Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2006, at Lexington Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Forest Hill Memorial Park by Dr. Billy Joe Leonard.
Mrs. Hedrick was born Nov. 22, 1929, in Davidson County to Hedrick Lane Burleson and Ethel Mae Gurley Burleson. She was retired owner/operator of Towel City Towel Co. and a former employee of Manhattan Shirt Co. She was a member of Second United Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Calvin Coolidge Hedrick, on June 17, 1999.
Surviving are one son, Tony Hedrick and his wife, Amy, of Lexington; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Don Burleson of Tarpon Springs, Fla., and James Ralph Burleson of Charlotte; and one sister, Bobbie Nell Disher of Lexington.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington, and other times at the residence.
