Jacquelyn Padovani

Jacquelyn Moore Padovani, 59, of Wildwood Drive, died Thursday, Aug. 20, 2009, at Hinkle Hospice House. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, West Third Avenue, where she was a member, by the Rev. Tommy Wilson. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mrs. Padovani was born Feb. 8, 1950, in Davidson County to James Boyett Moore and Elizabeth “Betty” Ragan Moore. She was a graduate of Wake Forest University. She was preceded in death by her father; her husband, Frank Padovani; and a sister, Marie Moore. In addition to her mother of Lexington, she is survived by two cousins, Mike Sawyer of Raleigh and David Leer of Florida. The family will receive friends at the home of her mother, 5 Woodhaven Drive, Lexington.
