James Hansel Yarbrough, 58 of Old Mill Farm Road, Lexington passed away Monday (July 19, 2010) at his home. Funeral service will be 10:00 am Friday (July 23, 2010) at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Todd Kiger officiating. Burial will be at Salisbury National Cemetery with full Military Honors
The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home Thursday night from 6:00 until 8:00 pm and at other times at the home of his Mother, 220 Vance Street.
James was born in Davidson County December 11, 1951 to Willie Bryce Yarbrough and Mary Savannah Norman Yarbrough. He was a former employee of Lexington Furniture and a veteran having served in the US Marine Corp. Preceded in death by his father and a son James Charles Yarbrough.
Surviving are: one daughter, Angel Rochele Yarbrough of Greensboro; his mother, Mary Savannah Norman Michael of Lexington; one granddaughter, Ciera; four sisters, Joyce May, Lisa Hylton, Swanie Marie Rachels and Shelby Jean Hobbs all of Lexington; one brother, Paul Ray Michael of Lexington.
