James Columbus Hull, Jr.

James Columbus Hull, Jr. 91 passed away early Wednesday morning, February 10, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM, Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Guilford Memorial Park, Greensboro, NC with Pastor Bobby Roberson officiating. A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM prior to the service at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel. James was born in Forsyth County on January 8, 1925 to James Columbus Hull, Sr. and Edna Bowles Hull. He was a truck driver with Consolidated Freightways as well as Central Motorlines and Pilot Freight. He lived with his daughter and son-in-law Mary and Grier Wimmer and his two grandchildren Elizabeth Wimmer and Nicholas Wimmer. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Florence Yatsko Hull; sons, Ricky Samuel Hull, Stephen Joseph Biaso and James Dennis Biaso; a daughter, Judith Ann Biaso; previous wife, Violet Bodford Hull; five brothers and six sisters. Surviving are three sons, James Felton Hull (Mary) of Kernersville, John Thomas Biaso of TN, Matthew David Biaso of Lexington; two daughters, Mary Hull Wimmer (Grier) of Winston-Salem, Tammy Jean Hull of Winston-Salem; brothers, John Ray Hull (Peggy) of Walkertown, Terry Clinton Hull (Harriet) also of Walkertown; sisters, Edna Cloer of NJ, Shirley Hauser of PA, Betty Maynrich (John) of Walkertown; fifteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is serving the family.
