James (Tony) Anthony Dukes

James Anthony "Tony" Dukes, 61, of Davidson County, passed away Wednesday, October 7th surrounded by his family at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents JW & Shirley Dukes.

Tony was survived by his loving sister Cindy Dukes and favorite niece, Kendra Puckett (Micheal, Brady & Sadie), his devoted brother Scott Dukes, the love of his life Sharon Dukes and their three girls whom he was so very proud of Tori Dukes, Carly Dukes-Goodwill, and Lacey Dukes-Barnes. He was also survived by his grandchildren Rylan, Jessa, Knoxx, & Jasper and son-in-laws, whom Tony said he always wanted to be like when he "grew up," Jody Goodwill & Coy Barnes.

Tony Dukes was a legend. South Main Street will never be the same. Judy's Place was his favorite hang out. Special thanks to "Old Gray" for always getting him home. He loved to ride his motorcycle, go fishing, and take trips to the beach. He could light up a room with his smile and always made everyone feel special. He lived life to the fullest and will deeply be missed by so many.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm on Saturday, October 17th at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic face masks are requested.
