Jamie Lee James

Jamie Lee James age 48 went to be with the Lord on Tuesday March 23, 2021 at WFUBMC. A Graveside service will be 2:00 pm Monday March 29, 2021 at Byerly Cemetery located at 217 John Deere Lane. Lexington, NC 27295. The family will see friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service at the graveside and at other times at their respective homes.

Jamie was born September 12, 1972 in Forsyth County to Roger Lee James and Frances Parks James. He owned and operated Reedy Creek Sand and Gravel and was a farmer. He will be remembered as an awesome daddy, a hardworking man and a loving son and brother. Jamie was a thoughtful and considerate person to everyone that knew him. His laughter, fun loving ways and his sweet smile will be missed, but not forgotten. His mother, Frankie and three brothers (Billy, Dale and Johnny) preceded him in death.

Surviving are his sons: Caleb James (girlfriend, Shannon Craver) and Jacob James (girlfriend, Jessica Rierson) all of Lexington. His father, Roger James of Lexington. His sisters: Maxie Callahan of Clemmons, Dawn Paris (Moe), Laura Shankle (Larry) and Linda White (George) all of Lexington.  Sonya Haynes (Pastor Kevin), of Coats, NC. A brother, Lucky Rayson of Lexington.
