Janet Joetta Smith Myers

Janet Joetta Smith Myers, 87, of Ryan St., died Friday, October 11 at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Lexington City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 pm on Wednesday just prior to the service.

Mrs. Myers was born October 9, 1932 to Harry Filmore Smith and Bonnie Eloise Britt Ellison.  She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and a retired owner/operator of  Janet’s Ceramics. Her husband, Donald Myers preceded her in death.

She is survived by her daughter, Leigh Myers Dunning (Ron), of Linwood; her sons, Donald Steven Myers (Jan), David Ross Myers and Paul Brian Myers, all of Lexington; 3 grandchildren, Steven Alexander Myers, Bobbi Leigh Giles (Walter) and Derek Wayne Daniels and 4 great grandchildren.
