Janice Brigman Martin

Janice Elaine Brigman Martin, 60, of Kildee Drive, died Sunday, March 14, 2010, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.   The funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Sam Harvey officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park.   The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at the funeral home and other times at the home.   Mrs. Martin was born February 16, 1950, in Tippercanoe County, In., to Raymond Russell Battering and Audre Mae Robinson Battering. She was a former spinner at Parkdale Mills. She was preceded in death by her parents.   Surviving are sons, Tony Burrage of Oregon and Scott Burrage and wife, Terri, of Connecticut; daughters, Nichole Stanford and husband, Michael, of Lexington, and Deanna Burrage of Connecticut; grandchildren, Hunter Brigman of Lexington and Anthony Burrage of Oregon; brothers, Henry Battering and wife, Patty, of Indiana and Robert Funkhouser and wife, Ginnie, of Oklahoma; and sisters, Paulette Battering of Oklahoma and Norma Gilbert of Indiana.       Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
