Jason Michael Moses, 27, of Howard Road NE Ludowici Georgia, died Thursday December 17, 2020 at Liberty Regional Medical Center in Hinesville Georgia.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday December 23, 2020 at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Preacher Dwayne Young conducting services.

Mr. Moses was born January 31, 1993 in Forsyth County to George Howard Moses Jr. and Patricia Ann Anthony. He was preceded in death by his father.

Surviving is his mother; two brothers, George Moses of Welcome and Chris Moses of Ludowici Georgia; and two sisters, Samantha Moses of Winston Salem and Kaitlynn Moses of Stark Florida.
