Mrs. Fannie Jean Thompson Everhart, 94, of Garland Dr, died Sunday, December 13 in Lexington.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm Thursday, December 17 at Sheets Memorial Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.

The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service and other times at the home. The family requests everyone to wear masks.

Mrs. Everhart was born November 20, 1926 in Coffee County, AL to the late Curtis and Edna Amanda Ward Thompson. She retired from Frank Ix and Sons and was a member of Sheets Memorial Baptist Church. Her husband, Ralph Edward Everhart, her brother, Clarence Thompson, and her sister, Sue Beck, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Bobby Everhart (Edna), Belinda Kesler, Debbie Lansdell, Tonya Walker (Steve), Sherry Garwood (Benny), and Joel Everhart; her grandchildren, Carla Lilly (Sterling), Christie Sherman (Marty), Dustin Snyder (Shanon), Tara Pack ( Jason), Scott Lansdell (Stephanie), Michael Lansdell (Ruby), Johnna Dewhurst (Derek), Shauna Hedrick (Sam), and April Bunton (Matt); 16 great-grandchildren, and 6 great great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington NC 27292 or Sheets Memorial Baptist Church, 210 Cotton Grove Rd, Lexington NC 27292.
