Jean Frank

Melba Jean Frank, 84, of Tyro Road, died Thursday, June 26, 2014, at Charlotte Medical Center, from injuries received in an automobile accident. The funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2014, at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jason Koontz officiating. Burial will follow at Sandy Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home on hour prior to the service. Miss. Frank was born April 4, 1930, in Davidson County, to Edward Lee Frank and Annie Julia Wood Frank. She was a member of Westside Baptist Church. She enjoyed working in her flowers and going to church. She also loved people of all ages especially children and her favorite color was red. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Naomi Parks. Surviving are brothers, Roby Joe Frank, Archie Frank, both of Lexington, and Harold Frank of Mocksville; and several nieces and nephews.
