Jean Kepley

Emma Jean Kepley, 84, of Rachael Lane in Lexington passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Rowan Medical Center.

A celebration of life service will be held 2:00 pm Monday, January 14 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington with Rev. William Sowers officiating.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Ms. Kepley was born on January 25, 1934 in Davidson County.  During her life, Jean worked as a CNA at many nursing homes around Davidson County giving special care to the residents of these facilities.  She was preceded in death by her mother Ila Hunt Kepley and sister, Marie Hilliard.

Surviving are her daughters, Sylvia Bull (Rodney) ‘Red’, of the home, Debbie Baugus (Emmit) and Lisa Charles (Jimmy) and her son Johnny Callahan all of Lexington; sisters, Linda Morrison (Larry) and Martha Hill, both of Lexington; and several nieces and nephews.
