Jean White

Jean Elizabeth Cody White, 57, of Old N.C. Highway 64 West, died Thursday, July 6, 2006, at Thomasville Medical Center. The funeral will be today at 3 p.m. at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Mike Orman. Burial will be in Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mrs. White was born Feb. 11, 1949, in Davidson County to William Franklin Cody and Thelma Bullin Cody. She was employed with Leggett & Platt. Her father and a sister, Joyce Ann Pittman, preceded her in death. Survivors include a son, David White of Lexington; a grandchild, Megan White; her mother of Thomasville; two brothers, Charles Cody and Bo Cody, both of Thomasville; and a sister, Frances Miller of Thomasville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the service
