Jeanette Benfield

Mrs. Jeanette Owen Benfield, age 68 of Columbine Drive, Winston-Salem died Thursday at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born March 28, 1937 in Forsyth County to Pul Henry Owen and Katherine Utt Owen. She retired from Akron Drive Resturant and was a member of King Christian Center. She is survived by a son, Donald Keith Burcham of Winston Salem and Daughers, Kimberly Durham of Clemmons and Kathleen Hull of Winston-Salem. Step Sons Greg Benfiled of Hickory and Rodney Benfiled of Fallston. She has 5 grandchildren and brothers, Paul Owen, Eugene Owen and Richard Owen. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, Feb. 27 at Woodland Cemetery in Winston-Salem. The family wills see friends from 7:00 to 9:00 PM Saturday, Feb. 25 at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel. Memorials may be made to Kate B.
