Jeanne Smith

Jeanne Ruth Duerbeck Smith, of Lexington, passed away on November 2, 2024, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist – High Point Medical Center.

Born on April 21, 1951, in Hackensack, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Dorothy Duerbeck.

Jeanne worked as a dedicated Nurses Aide at Hilltop Nursing Home.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Heather Marble (Scottie) of Linwood and Holly Boan (James Mawhinney) of Asheboro; her brother, Jimmy Duerbeck (Joeen); and her sister, Joyce Pratley.
