Jearlean Crotts Regan, age 81 of NC Highway 47, Lexington, passed away Saturday afternoon at Lexington Memorial Hospital. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday at Beck’s Reformed Church by Rev. Gerald Sanders and burial in Beck’s Reformed Church Cemetery.
Jearlean was born in Davidson County, April 22, 1926 to Thurman Hill Crotts and Lacy Tysinger Crotts. She was former assistant superintendent of Nazareth Childrens Home, a retired employee of the Davidson County Tax Department, member of Beck’s Reformed Church, Sunday School Teacher, in the Women’s Guild, member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary and Daughters of the American Revolution. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Howard Luther Regan, Sr. on January 12, 1995.
Surviving are: Sons; Howard Regan, Jr. and wife Tamara of High Point, Steve Regan wife Andrea of Lexington, Daughter; Karen Wallace and husband Bill of Winston Salem, 5 Grandchildren; Stacy Stone and husband Kenny, Josh Regan and wife Kristie, Jon Regan and wife Leslie, Jenny Wallace and Jordan Regan, 3 Great-Grandchildren, Nathan Regan, Lilli Regan and Jake Stone.
The family will receive friends following the service on Tuesday in the Church.
