Jeffery Zane Carlton, 56, of Cecil Street, formerly of Oakdale Street, died November 16, 2013, at his home. A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2013, at Hebron United Church of Christ Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Luck officiating. The family will receive friends at the church fellowship hall following the service.
