Jeffrey Warren Barnhill, 45, of Spruce Street, died Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at Hinkle Hospice House.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday, February 1, 2015, at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel, with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. Burial will follow in Lexington City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service and other times at the home.
Mr. Barnhill was born June 24, 1969, in Davidson County, to Billy Linwood Barnhill and Mary Louise McCarn Barnhill. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed working with wood making birdhouses, carts and many other items. He also enjoyed cooking, mud bogging and working on his International Scouts.
Surviving are sons, Clay Barnhill and Coleman Barnhill of North Canton, Ohio; brother, Brian Barnhill of Lexington; uncles, Tiny Barnhill, Reid Harvey, both of Lexington, and Johnny Richardson and wife Carmelita of Asheboro; aunts, Doris McCarn and Danelle Carrick, both of Lexington; and several cousins.
