Jeffrey Scott Covington

Jeffrey Scott Covington, age 45 of Turner Rd., Lexington died Friday, February 27, 2009 in Wake Forest U. Baptist Medical Center after a sudden illness. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 3, 2009 in DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL with Rev. David Shaffer officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mr. Covington was born November 4, 1963 in Davidson County to John Covington and Sara Cope Covington. A member of Coggins Memorial Baptist Church, he was employed with Thomas Built Bus in High Point. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sara Cope Covington Clark and a brother, John Lynn Covington. Surviving are his father, John Covington of Pittsboro, NC, a daughter, Amber Covington of Lexington, sister, Belinda Covington of Southmont and a half brother, Eddie Clark, Jr. of Lexington.
