Jeffrey Lynn Grubb

Jeffrey Lynn Grubb, age 51, of Greenhill Drive, Lexington passed away Friday morning at Hinkle Hospice House after a short illness.   A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday (November 9, 2011) at Freedom Baptist Church with Pastor Clyde Akers officiating.   The family will receive friends at the home and also after the memorial service on Wednesday at the church.   Jeffrey was born in Davidson County, June 4, 1960, to Frank Eugene Haste and Betty Lou Andrews Grubb.  He was employed with Hedrick and Kempley Furniture Company in Linwood.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Debbie Grubb.   Surviving are his wife, Iveline Rhodes Grubb of the home; two daughters, Beth Grubb and husband, Chris Pierce, and Stephanie Grubb, all of the home; three grandchildren, Lauralie and Gage Grubb and Carson Pierce; two brothers, Donald Grubb and wife, Sharon, of Burlington and Tony Grubb of Nashville, NC.   In lieu of flowers memorials should be directed to the family, 410 Greenhill Drive, Lot 34, Lexington, NC  27292 for incurred expenses.     Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
