Jerry Wesley Anderson

Jerry Wesley Anderson 69 of Winston-Salem passed away Monday, November 14, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with Pastor Bob A. Choplin. Burial will follow at Hebron United Church of Christ.   A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel.   Jerry was born in Davidson County to Hoyle W. Anderson and Stella Hedrick Anderson.  He worked at Piedmont Motor Sports and was a member of Hebron United Church of Christ and was with the Army National Guard. He was preceded in death by his parents.   Surviving is his wife Jamie Austin Anderson of the home; a son Mark Anderson (Christy) of State Rd., NC; two daughters, Jill Choplin (Bobby) of Yadkinville and Christy Hartley (Chad) of Welcome; sister Patsy Anderson Beck of Lexington; seven grandchildren, Breanna Choplin, Wesley Choplin, Sidney Choplin, Cory Anderson, Luke Anderson, Tyler Hartley and Casey Hartley.   Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Road is assisting the family.
