Jerry William Hill

Jerry William Hill, 63, of Hege Drive, died Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at his home. A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Sunday, January 4, 2015, at Jersey Baptist Church with the Rev. Dwight Cartner officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Mr. Hill was born October 15, 1951, in Davidson County, to Odis “Bunny” William Hill and Tula Hedrick Hill. He served in the National Guard, was a security guard at Thomas Built Buses and a member of Jersey Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a nephew, Erik C. Hunt. Surviving are his sister, Donna Hill Taylor and husband, Warren, of Lexington; stepmother, Virginia Conrad Hill of Lexington; stepsisters, Cathy Waitman and husband Steve and Carol Conrad and Joe Wallace, all of Lexington; a step brother, Carl Conrad and wife Jan of Charlotte; nephew, Mark Waitman and wife Missina and daughter, Kaylee of Lexington, NC. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 2306 Meadowview Road Ste. 125, Greensboro, NC 27407.
