Jewell Burkhart

Mary Jewell Burkhart, 91, formerly of Holly Grove Road, died Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Alston Brook Nursing Center. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, September 29 at Lexington City Cemetery, by the Rev. Dr. William B. Shrout, Jr. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 PM Saturday at Davidson Funeral Home and other time at the home of her son on Happy Hill Road, Lexington. She was a member of Second Reformed United Church of Christ and is survived by her son, Danny Burkhart and wife, Marquita, of Lexington.
