Jimmie Yarbrough Shillinglaw of Lexington passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024.

Memorial will be held at Gethsemane Baptist Church, Saturday March 16 at 1:00pm, 620 Hill Everhart Rd.,Lexington, NC 27295.

Jimmie was born on December 27, 1946, to Thomas and Veatrul Smith Yarbrough in Davidson County, who preceded her in death.

Left to cherish her memories is her husband Paul Kenneth Shillinglaw, their sons; Thomas Shillinglaw (Pam), Christopher Shillinglaw (James), and Craig Shillinglaw (Elizabeth), her brothers, Thomas and Rusty Yarbrough, and her sisters; Peggy Hawkins and Kaye Hamilton, 6 grandchildren; Jessea Snyder (Chris), Jedadiah Shillinglaw, Ashley Shillinglaw (Douglas), Jonathan Shillinglaw, Brianna Nifong (Nathan), and Danielle Shillinglaw, 3 great-grandchildren; Kellan, Charlotte, and Alayna.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gethsemane Baptist Church, PO Box 1386, Lexington, NC 27293, in honor of Jimmie.
