Jimmie Landers Fine, 72, of Linwood Southmont Road, died suddenly Monday, February 14, 2011, at Lexington Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday, February 17, 2011, at Stoner’s Grove Baptist Church, where he was a member, with the Revs. Billy Pearson, Freddy Moretz, R.N. Hardin and Bill Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 16, 2011, at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home.
Mr. Fine was born August 15, 1938, in Davidson County, to Pearlie Edward Fine and Annie Mae Warfford Fine. He was a supervisor at Production Systems.
Surviving are his wife, Carol Sink Fine of the home; son, Todd Fine and wife, Meagan, of Southmont; daughters, Tina Byerly and husband, Jay, of Denton and Tracy Tysinger and husband, Darren, of Southmont; eight grandchildren, Krickit Byerly, Steven Byerly, both of Denton, Jamison Fine, Andrew Brafford, Richard Tysinger, C.J. Tysinger and wife, Starr, all of Southmont, Cameron Brafford and fiancé, Ariel, of High Point, and Jessica Tysinger of Nebraska; great-grandchildren, Jayden Swicegood of Denton and Avery Brafford of High Point; and brother, Ed Fine and wife, Della, of Southmont.
