Jimmy Dale Staten

Jimmy Dale Staten, 48, of West Center Street Ext., died Thursday, July 23, 2015, at his home. A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Sunday, July 26, 2015, at Davidson Funeral Home with the Revs. Ken Deal and Vernon Richmeier officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Sunday prior to the service and other times at the home. Mr. Staten was born November 29, 1966, in Davidson County, to Robert Lynn Staten and Ronda Ann Leonard Speight. He was account manager for IH Services. His father preceded him in death. Surviving are his loving wife Ann Miller Staten of the home; sons, Jeffrey Staten and wife Jessica, Derek Staten, and Tyler Staten, all of Lexington; stepdaughter, Andrea Tilly and husband Kyle of Virginia; stepson Mikey Link of Lexington; one grandchild on the way; brothers, Bobby Staten and wife Tammy and his twin Jerry Staten and wife Lisa; and sisters, Deanna Hughes and husband Thomas of Lexington and Tina Staten of Tennessee.
