Jody Lee Yarborough

Jody Lee Yarborough, 41, of NC Highway 47, died Sunday, April 10, 2011, at Wake Forest Baptist Health-Lexington Medical Center following an extended illness. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at Jersey Baptist Church, where he was a member, with Dr. Mike Collier and the Rev. Thomas Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church fellowship hall. Mr. Yarborough was born December 25, 1969, in Davidson County, to Reginald Larry Yarborough and Linda Gray Little Yarborough. He was formerly employed by James Yarborough Construction. In addition to his parents he is survived by a son, Zach Yarborough of Lexington; a daughter, Shawnee Yarborough of the home; one grandson, Braxton Yarborough; and two sisters, Wendy Stone and husband, James, and Nikki Shaw and husband, Donnie, all of Lexington.
