Joe Glenn Huffman

Joe Glenn Huffman 78 of Clemmons passed away at his home Tuesday, February 7, 2017.   A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with Rev. Tim Sink officiating.  Burial will follow at Maple Grove Church of Brethren.   A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.   Joe was born in Davidson County on March 29, 1938 to Gurley Huffman and Lillian Mae Huffman.  He worked at Pallet Resource and was a farmer.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his companion Shirley Miller; a brother Evie Huffman; sisters, Elzie Hanes, Nettie Buie and Josie Hanes.   Surviving is his extended family of Shandra Caputo, Lisa Triplett, Joey Miller and Melissa Hanes.
