Joe Van Starbuck

Joe Van Starbuck age 70 of Advance, NC passed away Friday October 1, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. A celebration of life will be 2:00 pm Saturday October 9, 2021 at Grace Baptist Church conducted by Pastor Cletis Titus, Jimmy Wilcox and Sam Welch. The family will receive friends following the service at the church and at the home. Facial coverings and social distancing are requested.

Joe was born August 29, 1951 in Davidson County to William Max Starbuck and Willa Mae Mendenhall Starbuck. He was a General Superintendent with Rifenburg Construction. His parents preceded him in death.

Surviving are his loving wife, Pamela Welch Starbuck of the home. His son, Justin Shane Starbuck (Crystal) of Charlotte. His grandson, Landen Joseph Starbuck of Charlotte. Also surviving are a sister, Elizabeth Starbuck of Winston Salem.
