John Bishop Danese

John Bishop Danese passed away on Sunday April 13, 2014. John was born on May 22, 1931 to Louise Bishop Danese and Lawrence Joseph Danese. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who dedicated his life to his family, faith and community. He was a graduate of the University of Florida, ran a successful CPA practice and spent most of his life in Jacksonville. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary Ann Danese, and his three children – Leslie Danese Kammire (Gordon), Daniel Danese (Ginger) and Lori Danese Perro (Dan). He is also survived by 10 loving grandchildren – Daniel, Maria, Cecilia and Timmy Kammire, Alexandria, Olivia and Caroline Danese, Anthony, John Dylan and Ginger Perro and his sister Antoinette Shaw. The funeral will be held on Wednesday April 16th at 11:00 at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Lexington, NC.   There will be a graveside service in Jacksonville, Florida where he will be buried. In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to a charity of your choice, or Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Lexington, or The Cancer Center at Wake Forest University Baptist Hospital Winston Salem, NC 27157 Arrangements are incomplete at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington.
