John Ray Hege

John Ray Hege, 91 years old, died December 23, 2020.

A 2:00 pm graveside service will be held at Good Hope United Methodist Church cemetery on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.

He was born on May 28, 1929 to Joe L. and Myrtle Robertson Hege

John was a retired master stone mason and farmer.  A hard-working husband and father who always provided for his family. He was an active member of Good Hope United Methodist Church and a member of the Willing Workers Sunday School class.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Johnna Hege Eller.  Brothers: Joe Hege, Hubert Hege, Roger Hege; sisters: Inez Myers, Lottie Taylor and Virginia Mock.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 72 years, Frances Daniels Hege; daughter, Beth Hege Blackwell (Bobby), son Chris Hege (Denise) ; grandchildren: Lisa Blackwell Hinshaw (Wes), Dustan Eller, Dylan Hege Sydney Hege, and great granddaughter, Nicole Hinshaw; also numerous nieces and nephews and a loving Church family.
